Privacy Policy
Postagen respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect through our website, how it is used and protected, and your rights regarding your personal data.
Last updated: October 12, 2026.
This website is operated by Postagen. This policy covers information processed through the website and the discussion request form. Questions about personal data handling can be sent to [email protected].
The discussion form asks for your name, business email address, business name, a description of your needs or business challenges, investment range, and consent to use your data to respond to your request. Your WhatsApp number is optional. The system also stores when requests are created and updated, along with their follow-up status. Form security verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals such as IP addresses and browser information.
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, understand your business needs, arrange a discussion, and prepare relevant follow-up. Request status helps manage that follow-up. Technical signals used in form verification help distinguish human visitors from automated access.
The form asks for consent through a separate checkbox to use your data to respond to your request and arrange a needs discussion. This consent is limited to the stated purposes; it does not authorize every use of your data or marketing. Rights relating to consent and data processing are subject to Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Form submissions are stored in the website database. Reading, updating, and deleting requests through the CMS is restricted to authenticated users. You may request deletion in accordance with your rights.
The website uses infrastructure services to run the application, a database to store requests, and Cloudflare R2 to store website media. Cloudflare Turnstile supports form security verification and processes visitors’ technical signals. Request data stored in the database is separate from website media stored in R2. Providers process information according to their service functions and applicable terms; using these services does not remove Postagen’s responsibility for data under its control.
Under applicable law, you have rights to information about data processing, access to and copies of your data, correction or updates, termination, restriction or suspension of processing, deletion or destruction, and withdrawal of consent. Other rights include objecting to decisions based solely on automated processing, using or transmitting data as provided by law, and seeking compensation. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. Additional information may be needed to verify your identity before a request is processed.
This policy may be updated as services, data-handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The revision date is shown on this page. Any need for specific notices or renewed consent is subject to applicable requirements.
